  Hello I am trying to use my old domain that I used to use on my old square space account. I unlocked it on square space and put the authentication code in on go daddy. I then change my a record to the IP address given to me on word press / go daddy and made the domain primary. When I put in the url there is an error. Please help.

  The site I need help with is HealthTrekwellness.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  We can get this sorted out, but first, just so we’re on the same page, are you trying to use the domain with a site hosted here on WordPress.com, or a WordPress.org site hosted on GoDaddy?
