Hi there!
I checked your domain and found that it’s not actually registered with us at WordPress.com. You have a Domain Connection subscription, which lets you use a domain that’s registered elsewhere with your WordPress.com site. You can manage DNS records by following these instructions. However, the domain is not pointing to WordPress.com nameservers at the moment, so any DNS record you add to our dashboard will not work.
If you look at the WHOIS record, you’ll notice the domain is registered with Namesilo (a different company), and it has Cloudflare nameservers. This means two things:
- The domain is registered by Namesilo, so its nameservers are managed by that company.
- It currently has Cloudflare nameservers, so its DNS records are managed by Cloudflare.
I can see that the domain loads a different site, not the site you have on WordPress.com. Here’s a screenshot of your WordPress.com site for your reference:

Can you tell us if you want to point the domain to your WordPress.com site? Or do you just need to add some DNS records to your domain?
- If you want to point the domain to WordPress.com, you will want to add the WordPress.com nameservers to the domain on Namesilo.
- If you want to add DNS records to the domain, you’ll need to do that on the Cloudflare dashboard.
Either way, because the domain is not pointing to WordPress.com, you won’t be able to do anything on its DNS records on our end. If you’re not using the domain with your WordPress.com site anymore, you can cancel the Domain Connection subscription by following this guide.
