    Why cant I renew my domain?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    It seems like the domain you are trying to renew, ideal-hs.com, is owned by a different WordPress.com account (@showoffmarketing22) than the one you’re currently logged in to.

    In order to renew it, you will need to contact the owner of that account and ask them to renew the domain on your behalf. If you are, in fact, the owner of the @showoffmarketing22 account and are having trouble accessing it, you can regain access to it by following our Account Recovery guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
