  I have been in communication with a wordpress representative for the past two months. Every time I speak with them they tell me to wait for the domain to be released on a certain day. That day comes, and I still am not able to purchase my domain on another site. I need help with getting my domain on.a.different.site.

  I’ve reviewed the status of your domain, and I can confirm that the auction phase for it ended last week. Currently, your domain is in the redemption phase. This means that the domain can still be recovered, but there’s a specific process to do so.
