  I do not see any upgrades under your @smellgood2 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the domain you are needing help with? Where are you trying to move it “to” a new site on your WordPress.com account with us? Or a site on a different hosting provider?

  I transferred my Domain “bak2droot.com” to shopify but they stated they have not received anything? I transferred “bak2droot.com to wordpress back on 3/2/21 check my billing history. I can’t figure out what happen when I transferred it. Can you check again, something happen because Shopify did not receive it.

  Hi there,

  That domain was never registered through us. It’s registered through HostGator and it was pointed to a WordPress.com site.

  So, if you want to transfer that domain you need to contact HostGator which is the current registrar.
