Domain

    Hi WordPress Team! this is my mother´s blog but she does not speak english, so she asked me to contact you about the domain. On the 3rd of December she registered and paid a domain, but we can not see it. When I go to “domain” I just can see this: artesaniasmanualidadesmanosdelmundoartesanas.wordpress.com
    which is not possible to change or update and contains still wordpress.com, what I understand that this not an own domain.

    We have the receipt from the bank that 22€ were paid, could you please check what happened or it is us that we do not know how to do it, in that case could you please explain it?

    I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the account that you are posting from. What is the domain name that you have the receipt for purchasing?
