  Dear Sir,

  I bought a domain from you to host my new blog “almanaestrada”.

  As you showed, I expected that the domain would appear like that: “www.almanaestrada.com”, but it´s not what happened, it´s appear: “www.almanaestradadotcom.wordpress.com”.

  I only payed that price expecting have this domain “www.almanaestrada.com”. If that is not possible, I want to cancel my request and consequently the fee.

  I don’t see any domain registrations on your account. You got the bundle, but haven’t registered the domain yet.

  You can add the desired domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  Thank you for the answer.

  I tried to do what you said, but I couldn´t save the domain without paying again.

  So, please cancel one of the bills, because I already payed twice for the same service.

  Currently, your domain almanaestrada.com is active and redirects to your newairdotnet.wordpress.com blog. Is this what you wanted?

  I also canceled and refunded the value bundle on your other blog (almanaestradadotcom).

  If newairdotnet.wordpress.com is not the blog you want to use for your almanaestrada.com domain, we can transfer the bundle to a different blog.
