  I tried to change the url on our WordPress page and while updating the page couldn’t upload. Now we cannot access our WordPress site and when we check domain mapping it does not exist.

  Can you tell me what site you were trying to update and the domain you were trying to add to it?

  Our site is http://www.assocenergy.com, we own rights to the domain assocenergy.com, associatedenergydevelopers.com, and wind2water.com which are all directed to a single wordpress site. We tried to change the url on our wordpress site from wind2water.com to assocenergy.com under Settings > General.

  As the page was updating, the site crashed and chrome displayed “It’s dead, Jim” and since then our site has been inaccessible.

  After reading different forums, it looks like this has happened to others before but there has been no explanation to solve this issue without coding.

  Thanks for those details! Your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com though. It sounds like its a self-hosted site using the free open source WordPress software available at WordPress.org.

  You’ll need to contact your webhost for help with this.
