  Hi there – I am unable to reset the PW for my website. Every time we get a link to reset it doesn’t work and says the link is invalid. There is only one email connected to the account. We are unsure what to do now?

  For what site are you trying to reset the password?

You can change the password for this account by going to https://wordpress.com/me/security/ – there’s no need to request a password reset link for an account you’re already logged into.
