  I had some trouble setting up my WordPress site initially. I believe I did a site transfer from Wix then. Can you check on the back end if jessicaafox.com is somehow linked to my site or how I can port it? I bought it through Wix and that account is closed now! Help!

  Hi there,

  The domain, jessicaafox.com, is registered with Network Solutions, and currently pointed at Wix. That domain has never been connected to any site on WordPress.com.

  And I don’t see any evidence that you’ve ever imported content from Wix to the WordPress.com site in your account with us, http://jessicaafoxwriter1.wordpress.com/

  To import content from a Wix site, the Wix site will need to be online. Then you can follow the steps here:

  To transfer a domain registered somewhere else to us, you’ll need to be on one of our paid plans. You’ll also have to unlock the domain at the current provider and get a domain transfer code from them, so please contact Wix support for help in that regard.
