Domain already mapped to WordPress but not showing on my account

  I have a client who setup his WordPress account, paid for the business plan and custom domain, got the emails confirming the purchases but when logging into his account, it’s not showing the proper domain or business plan, it says he’s on a free plan. He confirmed with his bank that he was charged for the business plan but again, it’s not showing that in his WordPress account so I’m wondering if it somehow got connected to a different account?

  What is the domain in question?

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades with us, and only owns the free WordPress.com site, http://jrroofingandrenovationdotca.wordpress.com/. Is this the site that should be upgraded?

  I see two failed payments for a Business Plan on this account, but those charges were declined by the financial institution that issued the credit card that was used to pay.
