  Hi, if I buy domain and hosting service from GoDaddy and link it to my blog, am I able to make profit by ads?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are installing the open source WordPress software and hosting on GoDaddy, you can run whatever ads GoDaddy’s Terms of Service allows.

  If you host your site here on WordPressdotcom, you cannot run your own advertising, but can take part in the WordAds program after upgrading your site to one of our plans and adding a custom domain to your site. More on that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordads-and-earn/
