Domain and hosting refund

  I cancelled my website and was told that a refund has been made but unfortunately I have not received the money back into my account.

  Please let me know where the problem is.

  Hello there,

  I’ve taken a look at the account and it looks like the refund has been processed. This should appear within 10 working days of the refund date: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  If this is not appearing you would need to contact the bank to find out where that may have landed.

  Hi Aleone89,

  The refund was supposed to go to my credit card but unfortunately, the money never came back. I have contacted my bank but they can not find traces of any refunded money.

  Can you please check again and if the money was never sent please initiate the refund again, please.

  Our records show that the refund was processed as a reversal, meaning your bank simply removed the original charge.

  If the charge is still there, please contact your bank again about this.
