  hI i am trying to transfer my go daddy created domain to this site , in doing so will i also get charged my wordpress to go on a premium plan?

  finally when i do go to register for a 1 year plan for 4 pound a month it says pay 88 which i dont understand?

  Yes, to use a domain purchased elsewhere on a WordPress.com site requires you to purchase an upgraded plan here. There are currently no monthly payment plans. You’d pay annually (or for 2 years) in advance.
