Domain and subscription

  Hi there
  I recently accidentally deleted my site and then managed to get it re-instated it for me.
  BUT since then I’ve lost the domain that I own and had transferred; http://www.girlgonewild.co.uk
  I also don’t appear to have the same subscription (ie i can’t upload Videos etc) but I paid for the personal user subscription in July 2021 for a year…
  How do I get the domain back, and how do I re-instate my subscription without having to pay again?

  Hi Rachael,

  All your subscriptions were canceled when you deleted your site but, because no refund was issued, I was able to get them restored as well.

  You’ll see your Premium plan and connected domain at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/. You’ll notice there that auto-renewal for those subscriptions is turned off; you can change that if you want to make sure the plan and domain keep working.
