Domain Auto Renew

    Hi,

    We have just taken ownership of a domain transfer within WordPress and payment details have been updated. The domain is due to expire on the 10th April 2017. How do i check to see whether this domain will auto- renew? I want to avoid any downtime on the site.

    Hi there,

    Auto renewal is on by default.

    All upgrades are setup to be automatically renewed by default. We’ll send you notification emails before charging your card, however we do automatically renew upgrades 30 days before their expiration date. Why? Since letting an upgrade expire may result in unwanted site changes to your site or loss of domains, we want to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance.

    Hi Sukjinder,

    singaporeinternationalarbitration.com has been transferred to you and is listed in your account.

    This domain was included in a Premium plan — the domain has been transferred to you but the plan is still owned by robbratby. I can transfer the plan to you but I need robbratby to login and reply here to confirm they are happy for me to do so.

    At the moment, the card associated with the plan as expired so it will not auto renew. Once the plan has been transferred to your account, you can update the card details.

    uktelecomlaw.com is no longer registered. If you wish to purchase that domain I’d recommend doing so as soon as you can.

    You are now the owner of both the plan and domain.

    There are a couple of things you need to do now.

    1. Add your card details and renew the plan:

    2. Update the contact information for the domain:
