Domain auto renewal fail

  I just received a notification indicating that the auto renewal of my domain has failed. This auto renewal has worked for a few years now. When I click on the notice for renew domain, it doesn’t allow me to do that. Any ideas?

  The main issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
