Domain blocked

Hi,
Since thursday, my site doesn’t work. The page is not charging: https://lesreveriesdejustine.com/
My tech guy contacted you to help me and it seems that it’s a problem of domain beeing blocked. He received this mail below.
I’m the owner of the domain lesreveriesdejustine.com but I didn’t receive any e-mail from you regarding the identity verification.
Could you send me back the link so I can un-block my domain?Thank you so much,

We can help with this, but we’ll need to hear from the WordPress.com account that owns the domain, which is not the account you’re currently logged in under.

Thank you for your answer.
Yes, I tried an account recovery, but I don’t have any proof of ownership and don’t remember on which email account I created the domain.
I checked all my email account, and not one of them works.I’m totaly lost…
Isn’t it another way?
