Domain blocked due to old email address

Hi all
For reasons to long to go into here, the email address associated with my domain name was different to the one I have associated with WordPress. I set up my domain 11 years ago, and at the time I had a different email address (the domain is paid up until Nov 24), but they sent an email to that old address (that I haven’t had for 7 years) asking for me to validate, which of course I couldn’t, so they have locked me out. But I can’t change the domain name email address, as it throws up an error each time I try. I have sent at least 15 emails to support over the last 3 days and they just go around in circles and seemingly do nothing??? happy to be proved wrong believe me. What should I do? and suggestions how I get through to support to get their help?

I hope so, I have been back and forth for some 72 hours now and no closer to a resolution, from what I can see. 11 emails and counting :-) If there is anything you could do to progress this I would really appreciate it.

A case in point. It has been a further 15 hours since you replied @fstatand nothing has happened. It is now 4 days that my site has been down and I’m getting very tired of all the casing up I’m having to do and getting little to no response. Please please help me!
