  Hi – i am getting email alerts to buy .blog domain for wordpress. I want to just carry on using my free wordpress.com Is there any reason i shouldn’t. Will this continue to be available free?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, absolutely.

  .blog domains have just been newly introduced and we are working to let everyone know so that they have the greatest chance of getting the domain they want if they choose to register one.

  But your free WordPress.com site will not change if you choose not to register a .blog domain.
