Domain bought with premium plan expired

Hello, a team member cancelled an auto-renewal for the paid plan without proper process. Now our custom domain is gone from the dashboard. I want to pay for the premium plan now, but it is telling me that our domain has been used by another wordpress blog (which is us!). I’ll need you to help me to restore our custom domain with the paid plan.
