  Hello
  I canceled my domain hypease.com and I was wondering if it was possible to get it back? Thanks

  The domain was sent back to the domain registrar. We don’t have control on this. They decide when the domain is pushed back to the public pool. Please check occasionally.

  is the domain registrar wild west domains? if so I just got off the phone with them and they said they could do nothing because it is in wordpress possession and that I needed to contact you all to get it reactivated

  Wild West Domains is our registrar partner.

  Though the domain is held in our name, once canceled it becomes the property of the registrar partner and is returned to the public pool at their discretion. There are several warning to this effect during the cancellation process.

  We have no control over this process now that the domain has been cancelled.
