Domain Cancel

    Hey,
    I cancel my account today, and i want to ask how can i cancel the domain i bought with the previous premium plan. The domain is http://www.iandrelucas.com

    I never got to use it and i want to use it just next year. But i don’t want him occupied by me

    Hi there,

    The account that used to won that domain has already been deleted. If you still want to use that domain you’ll need to contact us from the email address for that account to reverse the account closure. We cannot restore the domain at a different account’s request.

    Please reply to the account closure email we sent you for more help with this.
