Domain cancel within the two days
-
To Whom it May Concern,
I am contacting you as I have unfortunately mismanaged my subscription of my website http://www.urbanlilly.net on wordpress.
Last year I had worked on wordpress.org where I edited the website http://www.sortie-unes.com. I really appreciated the fact that I could freely create and design the website.
I intended to do the same this year for my own website http://www.urbanlilly.net. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by subscribing my site on wodpress.com as I thought it was the right one. I was in a hurry and only realized afterwards, that I should have done this on wordpress.org.
As your premium plan stated the possibility of better customization, I updated my plan, but realized that several features I needed where still missing. I therefore canceled my plan and domain the same day and subscribed the same domain on bluehost through wordpress.org. As you may have deducted now, my website situation is a mess and I need your support.Kind regards,
Lilly

Hi there,
You don’t actually say what you need help with, but I’m going to assume the problem is that the domain is not showing as available to register at Bluehost, correct?
As the warning indicated when you cancelled the domain, cancelled domains are not released immediately, and there is no guarantee you’ll be able to register the domain again anywhere else. You should only ever cancel a domain if you no longer want to use the domain at all. This includes if you accidentally registered the domain with the wrong provider.
As you cancelled the domain on the same day you bought it, it should be released again by next week, at which point you should be able to register it somewhere else.
Otherwise, I can still restore the domain to your account with us, and then you can point it to Bluehost until you’ve owned it for 60 days at which point you can transfer it away from us.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
