Domain cancelation

    I had a warning that a payment was being taken out of my account for renewal of my domain name. I no longer use this domain anymore so I tried to cancel the domain before the payment went through but the only thing it would let me do was uncheck “automatic payment” so I thought that would work but the money has now been taken out of my account regardless. I am needing to cancel this account and need assistance on how to do so and would hope for a refund. Please let me know what I do.

    Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain pheeganfood.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using pheeganfood.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

    Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.
