It appears your domain hushedvoices.in and the WordPress.com Personal plan was still active with auto-renewal turned on, which is why they were renewed for another year. I see you disputed the payment with your bank/card issuer, so the payment is now on hold while they investigate. Your subscriptions were also canceled as a result.
We can issue a refund from our side if you close the dispute. Otherwise, the payment service provider (which is your bank/credit card issuer) will investigate the dispute and make a decision, which will take a while.
On a related note, are you sure you no longer need the domain hushedvoices.in? Once a domain is canceled, you give up its ownership, and someone else may register and use it in the future. We recommend keeping a domain if you plan to use it in the future, even if with another service provider.
