Hi, I have paid for the customized domain, But I don’t want that So I have canceled the customized domain. But I haven’t received any message regarding the refund. Please help me.

I can see we issued the refund today. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

I have paid 4,200.00(INR) for Premium plan, In that, I got a domain, Later paid 5400.00(INR) to upgrade my plan to Business, But, I have canceled everything including Premium plan, Domain, Business plan. So, I should get 9600.00(INR), But in my billing page, it shows only 7780(INR) as refund amount. It may be mentioned that I am not having the custom Domain name, and the current plan is a Free Plan. -
Hi there,
You registered the domain, groupsgurukulam.net, on 6 November. Domains can only be refunded for 48 hours, and you cancelled that domain today, 22 November, so the domain cannot be refunded any more. The amount that has not been refunded is the cost for the domain.
If you prefer we can still restore the domain to your account. Then you can point it to another provider, and transfer it once you’ve owned it for 60 days, if you don’t want to use it here.
