Domain cancelled, not transferred

  Hi everyone,

  I recently cancelled my Personal Plan and the associated domain nodedev.studio within the 14-day refund period.

  However, I realized that I need to keep the domain name and want to transfer it to another registrar instead of deleting it entirely. I am afraid of losing the domain to “domain snatchers” if it gets released to the public.

  Since I no longer have access to live chat, could a Staff Member please help me with the following:

  • Restore the domain nodedev.studio to my account.
  • Provide the Auth-Code (EPP Code) so I can initiate a transfer to my new host.
  • Ensure the Transfer Lock is disabled.

  I am aware that I might have to pay for the domain registration if the refund for the domain part has already been processed, which is fine. I just need to secure the name.

  We can assist you with restoring the domain. However, please note that the domain was registered recently, which means there is a 60-day transfer lock in effect.
  
  This means you cannot transfer the domain to a different registrar until July 9, 2026. However, you can still host the domain with a different hosting provider while keeping it registered with us.
