Domain change

  I currently have a blog under the domain spiritualmiddleground. I wish to change/cancel that domain and choose another domain and build a simple website. I am exploring possibilities and these are my questions: Can i transfer my blog content to a new blog under a new domain? In your choice of website plans, do any or all of them include blog capabilities? Or would i need a separate website and blog spot then link the two? Should i cancel my current blog & domain and start from scratch? Thanks!
