Domain change

    I had moved away from WordPress and wanted to come back so I bought another plan. My last plan was free and all I want is to go back to that one. I upgraded to another one and when I went to change domain, it says that It is still pending. Does that mean that WordPress already began the transfer? I got a code but don’t know where to insert it. I need to talk to someone voice to voice to get this dealt with as it’s wasting much precious time . I’ve already read about transferring. Do I also have to transfer from square space where I was?

    The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com recently. Which domain would you like to use on asacredsongyogaandmassage.wordpress.com?

    Hi I purchased a wordpress site ( premium for $8 a month for $96 and it adcribec a yogimimi3 site to me when I just meant to go back to my old one asacredsong.com as I had forgotten it was a free plan. I didnt mean to purchase a whole new one or transfer a domain. I had forgotten how difficult this site was to work with as you cant talk to someone live. I just wanted to go back to the one you mentioned that is free asacredsongyogaandmassage. Also…I dont want ads on my page. Can I get that refunded and just keep my free site for now? Thank you. Teri

    Hi there,

    As Gemma said above, the account you’re using to post here, tundreiner, which used to have the asacredsong.com domain connected here, does not currently own any upgrades.

    This account owns one site, https://teriundreiner.wordpress.com/, and is an admin on another site, http://asacredsongyogaandmassage.wordpress.com/

    http://asacredsongyogaandmassage.wordpress.com/ belongs to a different account, username, stephaniemoors, but that account also does not own any upgrades.

    There is no account on WordPress.com with the username, yogimimi3, and no site at the address yogimimi3.wordpress.com.

    Can you please give us the complete address of the site for which you bought the Premium Plan, or the email address at which you received the receipt when you made that payment?

    Also please don’t reply with all the text in bold. All that does is make it harder for us to read your replies.

    Also…I dont want ads on my page. Can I get that refunded and just keep my free site for now?

    The only way to remove ads from your page is by upgrading to one of our paid plans.
