Domain change- dashboard log in

I have changed my domain name from head2toe-fashion.com to blog.heathergarriock.ca now I can’t log into my dashboard and I need my IP address to link it to my wix website. Please help!

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, head2toe-fashion.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
