domain change & taking the website down

    Good day,

    I hope this email finds you well I am writing to you regarding our website, we have decided to use a different website ‘editior’ and would therefore like to separate the domain that is currently in use for the WordPress side from it. With that we would also like to take down the website / make it offline. I hope you can help us with that as it did not seem doable on our own from the editors pages. Thank you.

    What is the address of the site you are referring to? There aren’t any sites connected to this account.
