Domain charge

    Hi. I have raised a PayPal dispute as you have taken £15 from me and I don’t know what this is for. I haven’t used the domain for years and wasn’t able to communicate with the people I bought it from in the USA to cancel it. I don’t know what you’ve charged me this for. I haven’t had any emails or anything from you about this. Please advise ASAP.

  • It appears that you have deleted the WordPress.com user account that you were posting from. I’m going to assume that you have sorted out your domain situation. If not, please feel free to contact us again.

  • Additionally, I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 1/8/20. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
