Domain.com WP plugin transfer

    hello, I had originally purchased my domain through domain.com and used their wordpress builder app on their site and logged in my credentials for here. but I am unable to get my domain set up and connected with the theme I designed on the wordpress site. Also it seems as through the WP app created a different profile even through these same logins

    Hi @elitemediamarkting, can you clarify whether you’re currently working with the site at Domain.com, or whether you need help with the one you’ve linked?

    WordPress.com has managed services, and WordPress itself is free software you can install anywhere. This page quickly goes over some of the differences: https://get.wp.com

    So you can have more than one account, especially if you’re working with more than one site.
