Domain Connection

  Hello – We received an email that our domain connection is expiring tomorrow with a link to renew it but when I click the link, I get a page that says ‘you have one hidden WordPress site’. When I click, ‘change visibility’ it doesn’t take me to the hidden site which I believe is the connection that needs to be renewed (grow.whimsyandwellness.com). Any help would be appreciated as we don’t want our site to go down. Thank you!

  Hi there!

  It looks like the domain connection is on a different account. I see that it was renewed for another year. I guess you managed to log into the other account?

  By the way, your site at grow.whimsyandwellness.com isn’t actually hosted by us at WordPress.com. So the Domain Connection that you renewed is not needed. The subscription is needed when your domain is registered elsewhere, and you want to use it with a WordPress.com site.

  As your current site at grow.whimsyandwellness.com is not a WordPress.com site, you can actually cancel the Domain Connection and get a refund.
