Domain Disappeared

I purchased the domain boldbeautifulbroken.com and every time I try to attach it to my blog with word press, it says that it is active and unable to be mapped. I was also charged twice for the blog and received several different emails regarding a purchase I only made once. I would really like the have the blog attached to the domain boldbeautifulbroken.com but it appears to be completely lost and I am also being charged double for a domain I can’t even use.
