Domain expiration

    My domain expired and I don’t want to have it any longer, I am just looking for the content I created while having the domain. Is there anyway to get that?

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    That site was not hosted with WordPress.com. It was a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     And, since the site was not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ we won’t be able to directly assist with this.

    Instead, I recommend contacting your hosting provider’s support, as they may have a backup of your account with them.
