    Various staffing changes/payment systems means the domain of our website has expired, when clicking renew we are taken to the purchase pages but the domain is not shown for renewal. Is it possible to still get this back under the redemption period?

    Hi there,

    Is this regarding the domain geography-matters.org ? If so, the domain is no longer registered with us or in redemption, but rather has been picked up by dropcatch.com a dropcatching service that now your domain up for bid:

    https://www.dropcatch.com/domain/geography-matters.org

    Hopefully, you can retrieve the domain at a reasonable price – otherwise, it may be best to register a new domain, as the prices can get pretty steep.
