Domain expired!

    I have been away and have only just missed the renewal of my domain by 11 hours. Can I retrieve it?

    Hi there, thanks for that BUT when I clicked on to the site I was only offered an upgrade… the reminder e-mail offered the renewal at $13,00 and when I clicked on the website I could only see an option for an Upgrade at £30 (personal).

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, you are not getting the $13 option because upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from, but rather it is under the spezzer account.

    If you log into that account, you should be able to renew the domain mapping subscription for the same amount as before.
