Domain expired

  Hi

  The domain awovi.com has expired and I think is in the redemption period.

  I want to renew it but it doesn’t come up in my options. Can you please let me know what I need to do.

  Hi there,

  That domain is currently in redemption, yes, which means it’s no longer on our system. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  Hi there,

  I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive payment I can contact our registrar to restore the domain. From there it usually takes a day or two for the domain to be reactivated. Should the recovery fail, your payment will be refunded in full.

  Your domain has been restored, but will need to be reverified before it will be fully active again. I’ve just sent you a verification email. Click the link appearing in that email, and your domain should start working immediately.
