  • Hi there,

Of which domain are you speaking? Your account has owned several domains with us.

illicitmediagroup.com has expired too long ago for us to recover – it has already been deleted by the registry. If you want that domain back I suggest searching for it at the domain provider where you want to use it to try and register it again.

coloradoskinews.com expired on 9 November 2018 and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

Along with the code that was on it?…

A domain expiring on a WordPress.com site has no effect at all on the content on the site, and after the domain expires the content can still be accessed at the free WordPress.com address, http://coloradoskinews.wordpress.com/, in this case.

However, if you had been pointing the domain to a site at another hosting provider, you’ll need to contact that hosting provider directly to find out if your hosting plan with them is still active, and if not, whether they still have any backups of your site on their servers. We can only help you with recovering the domain.
