  Hello. My domain jirarpar.org expired and I am unaware of the reason why. I am trying to renew it but I only see an ‘upgrade now’ option under ‘purchases’. How should I get my domain back? Thank You.

  Hi there,

  I checked and jirarpar.org is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.

  Hello. I was wondering when the redemption period is over. And I also need to know where and how to pay the late fee of $80.00 and the $18.00. When I go under “purchases” I dont see an option for “renew now. ” Should I just upgrade instead of renewing?

  The redemption period does not have a hard end date. There’s actually no way of knowing when the domain will get released. It’s not ideal – because someone else can register it before you.

  I’ve sent a note your way via email that includes the payment link.

  Write back to us here when you’ve submitted the payment and we will begin the redemption process.
