Hi there,

If you updated your card info at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/, that only applies to new purchases. Updating there does not update auto-renew info on any existing purchase, and it doesn’t help getting back any expired subscription that has already been removed from your account.

The domain, infinitevibrationtechnology.com, expired on 12 October and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

Once the domain is restored you’ll be able to add a payment method to the domain itself at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ to enable automatic renewal.
