    From what I can see on this end the URL loksoftsolutions.com was included in your purchase of the WordPress.com Personal Plan. You have cancelled/refunded your plan however, which also has the effect of cancelling your included domain.

    The domain has been returned to the registry at this point and we are not able to recover it but I can confirm that it is once again available to purchase.
