  Hello could you please advise me how I can reactivate the woollypotato.com website? My friend help me set it up on WordPress years ago and neither of us can remember the passwords or how it expired

  According to the DNS-history that domain expired in 2016 and was never running on the wordpress.com platform so we really can’t help you.
  You can always set up that domain on our platform. But if you never made a proper backup, you’ll have to start all over again.

  Confirmed — this wasn’t hosted here before, but you’d be welcome to set it up again through us! Let us know if you need help.

  Also, in case it alleviates any confusion, I am guessing you had your own copy of the free WordPress software with another host. That’s different from our managed hosting service (we do ssl hosting, backups, maintenance, security, etc.)
