domain expired and after renewal site gone

    Our website created through wordpress was hosted by Yola. The card onfile had expired so we renewed 3 days late. After the renewal for freedomds.com, we are no longer able to get to the admin page.

    I am also unable to reset the password to login under the normal login because I do not have access to the account that originally designed the page. I took over as admin for the freedomds.com so I do have access to login if i can figure out how to get back to freedomds.com/wadmin

    We are not able to help you with a site hosted at another provider. If you were using the WordPress software for your site, that is something completely different from the WordPress.com hosting platform where you’re asking for help. We have no access to your site’s files, as those were on Yola’s servers, not ours, and we have no ability to help you access your hosting account or your site with them.

    Your domain is also not registered with us.

    Please contact Yola directly for help with this.
