  DOMAIN EXPIRED! LOOKING TO KEEP IT!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

  Hi. I’ve tried everything to save my domain name and I am getting no where. It expired on May 31, 2014 because my bank card was recently compromised and I had to cancel it. I was set up for automatic renewal but lost the domain name in the process. The domain name is asthematzoballturns.com . My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and home phone is [redacted]. Thank you very much! Best, Gene Duffy

  The domain asthematzoballturns.com is not registered to this account (atmbt). In order to renew the domain, you’ll need to log in to the account that owns the domain.

  If you are the owner, but don’t have access to the account, here are some ways to gain access:

  Hi Shawna. This is turning into quite the challenge. The problem is that Go Daddy is now hosting the blog but I can’t access it without the domain name. The domain name was carried by WordPress. I had to cancel my card that was set up for automatic renewal because it was compromised. I filled out the recovery form you provided to no avail. I would just like to renew the domain name through you guys so I can get back onto the blog. Go Daddy is saying they can’t help me if I don’t have the domain name. PLEASE HELP!!! I feel like the clock is ticking. Thanks!!!
