Domain expired and I’d like to renew

    my domain expired, and as I’ve changed countries, and email address details I didn’t get the email reminders to pay the subscription. I’d like to keep my site live, How do I pay (and update my email address)

    Hi there,

    You can update your account email address from your account settings page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/account/

    But your domain, dexterfry.com, expired in December last year, and has long since been removed from our system and deleted at the registry, so there is no way at all for us to recover that domain any more.

    It does look like no one else has bought it since, so you should be able to just register that domain again as a new domain. However, please note we no longer sell domains as stand-alone upgrades, so to add it back now you will first need to purchase one of our paid plans at My Site ->Plans.

    If you again want to use the features included in the Custom Design upgrade, which I see you used to have and which also expired, you’ll need at least the Premium Plan. We no longer sell that feature as a stand-alone upgrade either, and it has been too long since your upgrade expired for me to be able to still add it back to your account.
