Domain expired and your site won't accept payment!!!!

  I am having trouble renewing our domain mariannewilkinson.com expired on December 7, 2014. I’ve tried everything to get wordpress to accept payment including scheduling an auto renewal. It keeps showing Renew Now $13.00 – but when I click this link it shows $0. This needs to work. Thank you!

  Ok now I’ve messed it up. I deleted both the .ca and .com domain mappings and now the site won’t load. Is there a number I can call for tech support even if there is a charge?
