Domain expired but payment processed

    My domain expired 9 days ago, but my billing shows that a payment was processed this morning. When I went back to check this evening, the site is still showing expired. I did not see any email receipt of this order so want to check status (and have my site back up). Thank you!

    Hi there,

    No payments have been made yet for the domain savannabandinfo.com (or any payments linked to your account), so that domain has not been renewed it. If you want to keep that domain, please renew it right away from your My Upgrades page or under Store > My Upgrades in your WP Admin dashboard.

    If you’re seeing a payment made to WordPress.com on your credit card, and you’re not sure what it’s for, please let me know and I can investigate that for you. Either way, though, please go ahead and the renew the domain right away. (The domain expiration process can be complicated, and I don’t want you to lose that domain!)
